Position Description:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound and outbound supervision of hourly workforce. Provide a safe work environment for all employees through action and accountability. Lead the way with daily continuous improvement in metrics such as quality, productivity, on time performance and inventory. Lead through action in a dynamic fast paced warehouse setting with high energy leadership and positive attitude.
Skills Required:
General supervisory skills necessary, preferably in a Union environment.
Skills Preferred:
Excellent people skills very helpful.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
