D&L Industrial Services, Inc. has been the leading provider of office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and floor care services for over forty years. We are currently looking for experienced custodians to maintain local school buildings as a crew leader in the Kalamazoo area.
Hours for this position is Monday through Friday 2:30-11:00pm
Summer Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Duties include:
- Detailed cleaning and disinfection of restrooms top to bottom
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Empty trash receptacles
- General cleaning of furniture, windows, window sills, and walls
- Stocking restrooms, janitorial closets and break rooms
- Setting up and cleaning up after scheduled events
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred applicant has prior janitorial experience, but not a must.
- Must have prior training experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a clear background and be able to pass a drug test and fingerprinting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
