Job Details

Position Description:

• Embedded Desktop Systems Administration support, including on-site desktop support services to support the organization in performing hardware support, software support, and system administration  
• Candidate shall provide all levels of support to end-users for PC, applications, and hardware.
• Candidate shall serve as the principal point of contact for resolving customer problems concerning IT automation systems, software and/or hardware problems, password security violations, and telecommunication troubles
• Candidate should have a general knowledge of multi-functional printers, desktop printers, scanners, and copiers in order to perform periodic maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions and operating problems, and perform corrective adjustments and minor repair
• Documentation experience

Required Qualifications:

• DoD Secret Clearance is required
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
• At least five years of Desktop Support Experience
• Great communication skills both oral and written
• Direct DoD experience is preferred
