We are looking for a quality cook who can plan, execute, and control the food preparation and production of a Steak House restaurant. The individual needs to be able to cook steaks and seafood correctly, plan specials, work with owner on specialty dinners (such as wine dinners) control costs, plan menus, and can do some limited baking.
Family housing is available and a husband-and-wife team would be ideal.
50-55k starting salary.
