The Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor is responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the end of day. Your smile is required!
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
- Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
- Maintains accurate records including registration cards, reservation data entry, and property walks.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
- Ensures all public and common areas are maintained and cleaned
- Knowledge of the area preferred
- Submit End of Day, as assigned
- Set up Breakfast
- Deliver receipts
We are looking for individuals with high energy and a strong focus on customer service, must be able to work weekends and multiple shifts. The shift is 10pm-6am full time 32-40 hours per week.
At minimum one year of customer service is required. This can be a fast paced environment, knowledge of computer and telephone technology are strongly preferred. Front Desk/Hotel/Night Audit experience is not required. We are ambassadors for the tourism industry, so knowledge of the Blue Water area is a plus!
