One Stop Property Maintenance has openings for Maintenance technicians. As a technician, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned grounds using commercial landscaping and/or power washing equipment as needed. You will perform various manual tasks in the maintenance and repair of turf areas and parking lots for our clients in and around Wayne County.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cut turf using various sized power mowers, trimmers, edgers, and gas powered blowers
Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed
Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris
Perform weeding by hand or using tools
Plant and maintain flower beds
Maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers
Properly and safely operate power washer on flat surfaces and walls
Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONALLY, ALL CANDIDATES MUST:
Be available to work weekends and overtime as the job requires
Work well as part of a team
Able to work with minimal supervision
Have ability and willingness to learn new skills in a reasonable time
Have attention to detail
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
1 year of commercial landscaping experience preferred (training provided)
Valid Driver License preferred
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
You must be able to stand, walk for extended periods of time and work with your hands.
Have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a daily basis.
Have the ability to bend, twist, and squat on a daily basis.
You must be able to work outdoors all year round for extended periods of time.
