Job Description
An Electrical Foreman takes the lead of large and complex projects that employ many different electricians at the same time, and supervises the project as a whole, from the large-scale down to the details. On such a project, a Foreman is responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership for workers in order to complete jobs within specific guidelines that include quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations.
A Foreman may be responsible for many different aspects of the job, including planning, customer relations, material management, and quality control. Depending on the employer, a Foreman may also be responsible for training employees or overseeing apprenticeship programs.
Job Role:
Serve Electric is looking for licensed electrician candidates that are either Journeyman or are apprentices with at least three years of experience in Industrial Electrical work.

Qualifications:
State of MI Journeyman or Master Electrician license
Ability to troubleshoot an electrical issue from start to finish without the use of schematics or clear information from the operator or customer
Communicate clearly with the customer, service manager and other team members
Knowledgeable with lighting, transformers, motor control and switchboards
Capable of training newer electricians
Able to work with minimal supervision
Highly technical and versatile in industrial environments
Knowledgeable about sizing requirements for feeders
Willing to Travel
Must be able to wire 120v,480v & low voltage systems
Experience with Measuring, Threading, Bending and Running EMT and Rigid conduit size 1/2"-4"
Computer applications relevant to the job (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP)
Knowledge of electrical calculations
Interpreting information from rough sketches, plans, drawings, and specifications
Journeyman/Master Certification
