Our company is looking for reliable, motivated individuals with strong customer service skills to join our team of Customer Service Representatives in our Grandville Retail showroom. Our successful candidates will be confident in taking detailed information from customers, confident in using customer service software to solve clients' problems, insurance authorizations and supportive of our company's mission.
Our ideal candidate would welcome and greet our customers as they come into the showroom. Help them find the product/equipment they came in for, proceed to act as a patient advocate and show the customer what else CareLinc has to offer that can help fulfill their medical needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person or over the phone.
- Remember details about encounters with customers.
- Empathize with customers and find a way to solve their problems.
- Be a good communicator.
- Listen to customers attentively and address their concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues in a way that makes customers happy.
- Coordinator, intake, order processing, medical coding and insurance authorization knowledge a plus.
