Job Description
In a learning and developing capacity, this position serve as the reconciliation and data analyst for the Department of Health and Human Services Psychotropic Medication Oversight process. Responsibilities include data gathering from multiple systems including SACWIS, CHAMPS, CareConnect360 and MSA Data Warehouse in order to complete a full profile of the foster care youth's demographic, placement, legal, and medical history. Performing many quality assurances to validate data from existing systems as well as data entered into the PMOU databases. The position will assist the (PMOU) team with developing, managing, and maintaining routine status and comparison reporting documents as well as projects involving reporting on foster care pharmacy data and foster care claims/encounters related items as specified in the Modified Implementation, Sustainability and Exit Plan and other approved requests for such information (audits, FOIA, federal reporting, etc.). Required Education and Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Departmental Analyst 9 - No specific type or amount is required. Departmental Analyst 10 - One year of professional experience. Departmental Analyst P11 - Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
