Your Role You’re part of the leadership group responsible for the care and inspiration of the team in your store. Working closely with the Store Manager you’ll help teach, coach and develop great team members and actively seek tomorrow’s leaders. As you probably know, it’s all about developing the team and helping others achieve their career goals. This is also a great position to learn and develop your leadership career further!

You’ll also perform a lot of the store work, including being and amazing customer service enthusiast, cash and credit transaction, responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco and lottery products and the normal retail recordkeeping. Yes, you’ll probably be in the store on different shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. We suggest looking at it this way, these are great times to really understand the business, your customers and your team. This understanding will help you assist the Store Manager in putting together the best game plan!
