•Facilitate company strategies for storeroom management.
•Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies:
•Conduct daily cycle counts for main storeroom.
•Conduct weekly cycle counts for floor stock.
•Conduct monthly cycle counts for satellite storerooms.
•Issue parts & supplies to Maintenance & production personnel.
•Conduct daily entry in SAP computer system of stock disbursements.
•Conduct daily dispatching of repair & returns.
•Conduct daily restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies)
•Conduct daily retrieval & disbursements of goods issue tickets from satellite storerooms.
•Assist other Attendants in identifying, locating and issuing parts and supplies to KraftHeinz Associates.
•Participant on KraftHeinz teams & support team decisions.
•Provide vacation and absence coverage for Stockroom Attendants.
•Comply with all KraftHeinz policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
•Perform other duties as assigned by Storeroom Manager.
•Maintain positive rapport w/ customers, suppliers, contractors, KraftHeinz Associates.
•Participant on assigned teams. Support team decisions.
•Perform area housekeeping duties.
•Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with lockout/tagout, hot work, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations.
•Understand and accepts High Performance Work System (HPWS) culture and is supportive of plant and department team goals and vision.
•Utilize the SAP system to document maintenance activities.
