Serve as the day-to-day business leader of full-service Hispanic Advertising Agency. Plan, manage and inspire internal teams and the work that drives both client and agency success in the U.S. Hispanic Market while developing deep relationships with senior clients. Focus on the finer details and the bigger picture, for both the clients and the agency. Responsible for cultivating and inspiring collaboration in all aspects of the agency’s work, including strategy, creative and media, in the pursuit of the overall financial health, profitability and growth of the assigned account(s). Lead all aspects of the account – operationally, creatively and financially – to ensure Casanova meets and exceeds all client and agency expectations and goals. Serve as senior account lead and Hispanic Market/consumer advocate. Lead agency presentations to clients. Gain a full understanding of client’s business, marketing activity and future goals, using all to provide strategic guidance, recommendations and leadership. Develop and lead strategic and integrated Hispanic advertising and marketing programs to drive creative thinking and business problem solving across all agency disciplines. Develop key relationships across all agency disciplines, and work with strategy, media, creative and project management to keep initiatives and projects running smoothly. Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work/proposals to clients. Review and approve Hispanic creative/production presentations, materials, copy, art, layouts, and production, and coordinate client approval. Management and mentoring of Account team members, reviewing their performance and career goals on a regular basis. Lead Account Management team in all activities, including but not limited to scope development and management, competitive, status reporting, creative and media strategy and execution, presentations and financial management. Drive agency efficiency, profitability, and growth for assigned account.
Requirements:
Qualified Candidates will have graduated high school or GED, have 10 years of experience as an Account Director or Supervisor, and have demonstrated experience or knowledge in the following: Directing advertising campaigns for Hispanic audiences; Managing teams and working closely with senior management within the organization; Traditional and digital media strategy and execution.
Position requires domestic travel 3-5 days per month for client productions.
