Make outreach calls. Be assertive and success oriented. Successful candidates will make cold calls, with work all leads received in the office. Will grow the book of business by diligent and professional discharge of all agent responsibilities. Will represent the agency at outside functions to drive in business. Will quote and bind policies. Property and Casualty license is needed however, Life and Health license will be an added advantage. Must be self motivated and a consummate Sales Person.
