Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading cross functional acquisition teams from identification of business opportunity to award
Developing acquisition strategies and align with global customer team leaders
Preparing and presenting project status/approvals to the management (AQR board)
Obtaining quotation approvals from AS leadership
Organizing internal and customer meetings
Facilitating acquisition workshops and applying acquisition tools
Validation of commercial customer requirements and align internally (e.g. with EO org.)
Preparing quotations, cost breakdowns and customer presentations
Negotiate and explain cost details to the customer
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering Or Master's Degree: M.B.A.
4+ years work experience in Automotive Market ideally with OEM's and suppliers.
Preferred:
Good communication skills, ideally experience in Customer/supplier interaction
Motivator who is able to lead teams towards a common goal
Understanding of automotive processes and basic technical know-how.
Knowledge to quickly build up internal networks
Flexibility and willingness to work in changing environments
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Critical thinker with high ability to focus on details
Knowledge to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Lead of Commercial Management excellence
Training, coaching and mentoring of commercial managers
