HighScope - Completion of HighScope Preschool Curriculum Course (formerly the Lead Teacher Training Program LTTP) or similar training.
Team Work Experience - Experience working with Assistant Teachers to implement goals for training and technical assistance to enhance teacher skills, classroom strategies and interactions with children.
Classroom Maintenance - Maintains the classroom by supervising children, maintaining reporting requirements, and keeping a clean and organized classroom while ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.
Home Visits - Conduct home visits and parents/teacher conferences.
Implementation - Plans and implements a program of educational activities for children that encourages age appropriate growth and development in a variety of ways.
Meetings - Conducts or participates in weekly partner meetings to discuss classroom set up, team dynamics, lesson planning, and opportunities for child development.
Paperwork - Ensures that all paperwork is completed neatly, accurately and submitted by the assigned due date.
Annual PGE - Develop Performance Goals and Expectations with immediate supervisor annually.

Professional Standards - Collaborate and maintain professional standards at all times while conducting agency business.
Other Duties - Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
CLASS - All CLASS dimension ranges are to fall in the middle to high range area, with the exception of negative climate which MUST be in the low range during CLASS evolutions X2 a year and during Self -Assessment.
Documentation - Documentation of anecdotal notes must be completed weekly per session/classroom option. A minimum of 24 notes for per week per session for Part Day and 30 notes per week for Full Day/GSRP.
Home Visits - 100% of all children in the classroom must have an initial Home Visit within 30 days of enrollment.
Lesson Plans - 100% of lessons plans are to be completed by Friday each week for the following week, they are to include CLASS, KDI"s (Key Development Indicators), Individualization, child interest, PBIS goals content requirement and any IAEP goals if applicable.
Required Supervision - Active participation in supervision, no less than on a bi-weekly basis, or consistent with regulatory standards.
Required Training - Attend the required Agency and regulatory trainings and additional trainings based upon your position.
Administrative Work - Ability to prepare and inspect documents in hard copy or electronic format. Ability to tolerate exposure to computer screen and operate computer/keyboard and other office equipment on a frequent and/or continuous basis.
Communication - Ability to receive and exchange information and accurately and effectively communicate and converse with others.
