The electrical assembler will be able to accurately and efficiently assemble and wire chillers and their associated electrical assemblies. This includes:
- Follow basic instructions, in house standards, and national standards (NEMA, NEC, UL, CSA, IEC, and CE)
- Wire from wire lists and schematics
- Layout and assemble control panels
- Work with minimal or no direct supervision
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and engineers
- Route and bundle wires/cables neatly, efficiently and according to established standards
- Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor on completion of project
- Perform and fill out necessary QC paper work
- Posses all tools necessary to perform the job function
- Wear proper PPE as required.
- Maintain a neat, efficient and safe workplace
- Support the test and shipping department as needed to insure accurate and on-time shipments
- Overtime as needed
- Benefits are available after standard waiting periods. These include:
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm. Overtime is typically on Fridays with an occasional Saturday.
