Position Summary:
We have a great training program to equip our Fully Remote Customer Service Representatives (CSR) so they are fully prepared to provide support to our customers over the telephone and assist them in processing home warranty claims. This position primarily involves customer support over the telephone from the convenience of your home. CSRs use the telephone, computer, and copy and fax machine on a routine basis.

Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.
Wage: Starting at $14.00 per hr.
Job Type: Inbound Contact Center
Paid Training Hours: Customized schedule (M-F for 8 weeks)
After Training-HOURS OF WORK: 1:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Varying shifts-Will be 8 hr. shifts.) (Must have open availability.)
- 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must have internet speed of at least 50/100 MB/s
- Must have a direct internet connection to your home or the home from which you will work
- Computer literacy
- Strong telephone skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
- Excellent Trouble shooting and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Required background check and drug screen for illegal drugs
Remote Work Additional Qualifications:
- Choose a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free working space, preferably a room with a door to limit interruptions, noise, and distractions
- Make sure background in workspace is presentable for video conferencing
- Dedicate your full attention to your job duties during work hours
- Be dressed, groomed and presentable for video meetings every day as if you were going into the corporate office
- Ensure you scheduled overlap with those of you team members for as long as is necessary to complete your job duties effectively
- Adhere to all meal, break and attendance schedule agreed upon with your manager and in compliance with state law
- Monitor email daily for reminders, process updates, company information, etc.
- Utilize Teams for video calls, chats, sharing files and other activities as directed
