Job Description
The employee will perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high standard of quality and quantity. The duties will include but not be limited to the following:
*Test pneumatic products and repair as required.
*Perform and become completely familiar with assembly operations.
*Recognize irregularities, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
*Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings, process, and test instructions.
*Must be able to read and understand bills of material and routings.
*Accurately and neatly log rejects on the test sheets.
*Perform routine and repetitive work while maintaining a high degree of quality and quantity.
*Keep work area neat, clean and organized.
*Set-up and operate automatic bagger
*Accurately record scrap component parts.
*Follow safety and housekeeping rules.
*Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
*All employees are required to keep their work area clean and maintain a high degree of safety.
*Submit cost reductions/avoidances.
*Perform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.
Requirements:
*High School diploma or equivalent.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
*Good communication and interpersonal, skills.
*Ability to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities.
