Position Description:
* Write technical publications relating to our company s manufacturing simulation and process planning software, primarily for Ergonomics products such as those which create representations of humans, in both V5 and 3Dexperience;
* Utilize knowledge of robotics and industry experience to educate the users about Ergonomics in the factory context;
* Research new features and experiences of new and existing products with ergonomics product development teams;
* Create a user experience assistance plan for each product per release including User s Guide, Tooltip support, online tutorials, referential and administrative guides.
* Interact with the Ergonomics team and customers to develop technical specifications, improve product usability, and provide user assistance support.
Associate s Degree in Applied Science or Computer Science, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered.
