Kendrick Plastics is looking to hire an early career and recent graduate to support our growing company!
Support engineering change control and program execution by keeping documentation, systems, and time lines aligned across Engineering, Program Management, Materials, and Manufacturing.
Work hands-on with Plex, customer systems, IMDS submissions, and launch activities to ensure parts, changes, and approvals move accurately and on time.
Coordinate engineering changes, deviation authorizations, and customer milestones while communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Associates or technical degree
- 1–3+ years in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
- Proven change management
