Solutions Management Manager (PS14808)
Work Location - Any NGS office
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
· Leveraging knowledge of NGS Business Process Solutions (BPS) capabilities, operational focus, analysis of major competitors, evolving customer demands and emerging technology to achieve NGS BPS growth goals.
· Participates in customer events and meetings to continuously stay abreast of customer needs, focus and vision.
· Develops appropriate, applicable, and responsive solutions to effectively position the NGS business support P&L to drive profitability and growth
· Review government documents – GAO/OIG studies, CMS Strategy, etc. to identify customer pain points and NGS business opportunities
· Analyzes, translates and collaborates with the NGS business units to develop corresponding technical content for: Proposals, Pilot opportunities, Innovation recommendations and White papers
· Executes and oversees the daily activities supporting tactical execution of growth initiatives and management of long-term strategic growth initiatives including; Continuous improvement, New capability development and Innovative technologies
· Remains abreast of industry best-practices and operational benchmarks for performance to improve competitive position in marketplace.
· Responsible for specific operating gain and growth goals as defined by the annual plan.
Requires a BA/BS degree and 5-7 years of experience in a related field, 2-3 years experience in solutions management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
