Position Overview:
Molex is seeking an E-commerce Analyst to support our inventory systems & process for Consumer Retail products within CCS Solutions. This position will work with Product Management to plan and direct consumer solutions inventory within the United States & Global geography for the Imbued brand name.
Essential Functions:
Works with product management to build robust forecasts based on promotions & holidays
Generates, loads & coordinates orders through Amazon seller central to Molex SAP & warehousing systems
Participates in packaging design by loading ASIN’s to Amazon seller central accounts & providing dimensions to product management
Responsible for weekly inventory reports for FIFO, plant inventory, safety stocks, Amazon stock, returns, warehousing & shipping fees.
Responsible for reporting tax shipping information to finance teams
Key advocate in developing a new SAP API software system to interface between Amazon Seller Central, ZAPO or iPlan, Vendavo, and SAP

Job Responsibilities:
Concept, Analysis and Execution
Working with internal and external suppliers, you will concept and develop the most appropriate solutions as part of the design for manufacturing feasibility analysis that enhances the product design.
Work with the Product Managers, suppliers, costing and the manufacturing plants to perform marginal analysis and determine the appropriate level of investment for the greatest return on that investment based on the parameters and inputs available.
Coordination and leadership of the manufacturing services and suppliers to flawlessly launch these processes and hand off a complete, comprehensive and technically sound manufacturing process to the manufacturing plant.
New Product Development responsibilities
Assure, facilitate, formal design reviews for capital designs taking into consideration the feasibility concerns identified at the concept and quote stage, assuring product design and manufacturing are aligned and issues are resolved before kickoff.
Timing and cost monitoring for individual disciplines such that each element is coordinated to support the other. Timing is submitted with logical progression according to dependencies.
Work with procurement as a partner for purchased components to assure availability and quality support DV and PV needs

Oversight and leadership for manufacturing process flow and pFMEA’s with actions and responsibilities clearly defined and individuals held accountable for closure
Work directly with the manufacturing plant to ready the facility and aid in installation.
Partner with plant personal and design center AQP to execute debug, qualification runs and Run@Rate towards achieving flawless launch.
Prepare presentation and deliver phase reviews to Sr. Management on the determined schedule in support of the product and project managers
