HR Operations, Business Analyst (Payroll)
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an HR Operations, Business Analyst (Payroll) in Benton Harbor, MI to join our Global Human Resources organization. This role will be responsible to support the day-to-day payroll processing and maintenance of the human resources applications. The incumbent will become an “expert” for the HR Payroll application thus enabling them to become the main source of assistance to other HR users. This role will also partner with the Global Information Systems function, that will provide deep technical support for in-depth system configuration and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
Enable the Human Resources function to optimize business outcomes using technology solutions by acting as a liaison between the business and Global Information Systems
Provide business process functional support to the payroll team to resolve complex processing issues
Participate in the review of new functionality for each system release and in the implementation and testing of the release
Partner with vendors on data accuracy, troubleshooting and business process changes
Maintain business process documentation
Configure payroll schemas and BSI TUBS
Identify opportunities for improvements to how the application(s) are used (which would be raised to the broader HR Operations (HR Ops) leadership for continuous improvement)

Broad knowledge of HR business processes, payroll and expertise supporting year-end activities
Experience with SAP Time and payroll integrations and HR-Finance integrations
Exposure to SAP Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF) Objects and interfaces
Application SAP support packs/testing
Strong attention to detail
Expertise capturing business requirements, validation and testing expertise
