Business Change Director
Work Location – May work from any NGS location
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for supporting the Program Director in the overall health of the contract and works closely with the program director to ensure services and products are delivered on time and budget
Responsible for supporting the Program Director’s in evaluating and assessing customer needs and wants to deliver solutions which benefit the customer and prove fiscally responsible for NGS
Builds effective customer relationships and utilizes strong business communication skills to effectively deliver/present on behalf of the contract and NGS
Ensures contractual compliance and monitors/supports the execution of the contract Statement of Work
Supports and leads efforts to identify contract specific continuous improvements, innovation initiatives and pilot program recommendations and work closely with operational leaders for execution.
Organizes, monitors and prioritizes inter-connected projects in support of strategic planning and contract initiatives
Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters degree preferred. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
