Finance Guru : Bring your expertise as you will be accountable for managing the closing process related to deferred compensation, stock compensation, legal, debt and other corporate related matters by working closely with other corporate functions. You’ll book monthly journal entries and perform account reconciliations. Keep your eye on the prize, as you meet critical reporting deadlines, including month-end closing, government reporting and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements. Bring your passion for excellence, as you’ll perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting. Hope you have an appetite for more! As you’ll be accountable for achieving and sustaining best practices in effectiveness, quality service, and efficiency with a strong internal control framework.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and relevant accounting work experience
Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and accounting principles and procedures
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP financial planning systems e.g. SAP
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management with the ability to work in conditions where there are multiple deadlines and changing priorities, specific time constraints, and extended work hours
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Bonus Points:
Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
CPA designation
Strong understanding of accounting principles and U.S. GAAP
Experience with SAP Financials General Ledger and BPC
