MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum of 1 ½ years Hospitality Experience and previous
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge:Company policies and procedures after completion of orientation.
Department policies and procedures after (90) day probationary
period. Knowledge of resource allocation, problem resolution,
production methods, and coordination of people
Skills & Abilities: Must have the ability to handle a stressful, fast paced environment.
Must be able to resolve situations as they present themselves, and
be able to think quickly to resolve them with good judgment. Must
be able to prioritize and handle several tasks at one time with
constant interruptions. Must have excellent interpersonal
communications skills. Must have the ability to lead by example
with superior customer service. Must maintain strict confidentiality
with all information. Must be available to work any day/any shift,
holidays and weekends. Must have an excellent proven and
documented attendance and tardy record.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED Infogenesis P.O.S. (point of sale). Computer, printer,
copy machine, fax machine, phone and paging system.
