Is in need of an Accounting Clerk for a permanent full time position, whose duties will include but not be limited to: Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), Data entry, Matching invoices to purchase orders, Receiving items and entering bills, Processing checks received, providing assistance with incoming phone calls and helping with customers, Reconciling daily cash & bank deposits and other related duties. This position requires a candidate with 5 years of bookkeeping experience in this background. The candidate will have strong attention to detail, great communication skills and will have experience working within Quick Books, Excel & MS Office.
