The ICT Senior Manager of Marketing B2C and CRM manages the application products with specific responsibility for building, configuring, maintaining and enhancing the application suite throughout the software development life cycle. The role is an extension of the ICT organization into the business, facilitating communication and understanding between the business and ICT. This team is responsible for all application products supporting the Chief Marketing Officer of FCA.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Develop and maintain strong business relations with multiple marketing business partners, providing operational support, as well as being a strategic partner
•Support the business in achieving profitable volume growth strategies across the NAFTA brand portfolio
•Enable the business to optimize over $2 billion in annual marketing spend by leveraging existing solutions and introducing leading edge technology and methodologies
•Manage the entire application lifecycle for the 46 applications in the marketing portfolio, including the Tier 1 Brand Site platform that services all of our NAFTA end customers and customers in a number of international markets
•Coach, guide, mentor a team of approximately 14 FTE resources to deliver applications enhancements, upgrades and project on time and within budget
•Manage the application service providers on shore and off shore
•Manage third party providers such as Akamai for infrastructure, MackeVision for imagery, Adobe for brand sites, and marketing agencies such as Sapient and Merkle
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum 10 years of work experience
•Minimum 5 years of leading a team
•Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering complex, cross functional solutions
•Experience in serving multiple business partners simultaneously
•Strong analytical, data-processing and problem solving skills
•Experience in business analysis
•Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals and teams
•Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in nontechnical terms to enhance understanding and drive decisions
•Experience in project lifecycles from business case development through final delivery to operational support
•Oversight of project teams; gathering functional and technical requirements, project timelines, status reporting, issues/risk identification and mitigation, and deployment
•Experienced in Waterfall and/or Agile software development methodology
•Experience in supplier relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
•Understanding of the business and technologies of multichannel customer journey initiatives, campaign analysis, web analytics, and programs that drive and optimize customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalization and promotional strategies
•Proven experience partnering with business and their suppliers to drive the continuous improvement of digital marketing and CRM systems
