Responsible for registering, screening and drawing blood from donors at mobile blood drives, the blood center, and fixed sites. Performing quality control functions include transport of equipment, supplies, and staff to and from mobile site; setting up and tearing down of mobiles. Assisting and facilitating smooth and efficient donor flow. Performs quality control functions. Provides exceptional Internal and external customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, customer service, and record keeping skills. Ability to work a varied schedule: mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends are required. A pre-employment drug and background check are required.

Education
*High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Experience
*Certified Phlebotomist and prior phlebotomy and screening experience is preferred.
