- Business Solutions Professional (BSP) Certification and Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Certification are preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or Google applications, databases, and websites is required.
- Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.

ENVIRONMENTAL EXPECTATIONS
This position requires working indoors most of the time, with some occasional travel outdoors for agency events and meetings. The typical workweek is eight (8) hour workdays, five (5) days per week, with some occasional weekend work during specific times of the year, as well as longer hours when deadlines warrant. This position requires fast-paced work, which can be stressful at times.
Salary Range: $44,260-$59,900
