Direct Care Worker positions are available immediately. Ideal direct care worker candidates will possess a strong desire to help others and make a difference in the lives of people who cannot adequately speak for themselves. You will be a companion and advocate for individuals with developmental and or physical disabilities. There are typically 2 or 3 staff per shift to work with 6 individuals who reside there. Duties include, but are not limited to, cooking, cleaning, socializing, taking people to dances, activities, etc. It is a fun and rewarding career. Direct Care Workers have the flexibility to schedule around college classes so you can earn a degree while working in the field of healthcare! Direct Care Worker Qualifications and Skills:
- No Experience necessary. All training provided and paid for at a regular hourly wage.
