Direct Care Worker positions are available immediately. Ideal direct care worker candidates will possess a strong desire to help others and make a difference in the lives of people who cannot adequately speak for themselves. You will be a companion and advocate for individuals with developmental and or physical disabilities. There are typically 2 or 3 staff per shift to work with 6 individuals who reside there. Duties include, but are not limited to, cooking, cleaning, socializing, taking people to dances, activities, etc. It is a fun and rewarding career. Direct Care Workers have the flexibility to schedule around college classes so you can earn a degree while working in the field of healthcare! Direct Care Worker Qualifications and Skills:

Direct Care Worker Job Type:
7am to 3pm with a mix of 3pm to 11pm- This is a mixed shift. Qualifying for this position will be determined after interviewing.
7am to 3pm-16-40hrs.
3pm to 11pm-16 to 32hrs.
11pm to 7am- 16 to 24 hrs.
