General Laborers must have physical strength, endurance, strong hand eye coordination, and the ability to multi-task. The ability to understand and communicate information is vital to your role as an Xcel Staffing employee. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly lift/and or move up to 40lbs
• Climb, push, or pull items. (Hoists, lifts, and other equipment will be available for assistance when needed)
• Knowledge of related tools, materials, and equipment specific to your job
• Wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) including steel toed boots, safety glasses, and ear protection
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Position may require overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Understand and communicate information vital to your position
• Basic math and computing knowledge
• Knowledge of general safety procedures
• Ability to meet production requirements as specified
