Holland Home is currently looking for Cerified and Non-Certified Caregivers in multiple areas. Atrio Help at Home, Care Resources, Breton Woods, and Raybrook Campus. We have everything from home health aides to aides who work in a facility. Come join our amazing team of caregivers today!!
Description: Provide daily care and a variety of duties to our elderly residents.
Current Openings: Full Time and Part Time 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Locations: Raybrook Campus, Breton Campus, Care Resources, and Atrio Help at Home
Hourly Wage: Non-Certified: $13.74-$17.62 Certified: $15.65-$19.83
Shift differentials: 2nd shift = $1.50 per hour and 3rd shift = $1.25 per hour (for facilities only)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid State of Michigan ID Card or Driver’s License (Not expired)
- Must be able to pass a physical
- Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting (no felonies, no stealing, no drug charges, no assault, etc.)
- Must be reliable for good attendance and good attitude
- Must enjoy spending time with senior citizens
- Mandatory Flu and Covid Vaccines or Exemption forms
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Hardworking and passionate person who can easily take direction
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds
- Pass a basic physical
- Pass a background check
PAID TIME OFF AND INSURANCE:
- Paid time off starts to accrue after 90 days of employment
- Staff accrue 2 hours of PTO per pay period
- Once you have reached one year working with Holland Home you will receive 80 hours at the beginning on the year and continue to accrue 2 hours per pay period
- At the end of the year, you can roll your PTO over into the next year OR cash out whatever you have left
- Insurance benefits start after 90 days of employment
