Human Resources Manager A warm and welcoming Human Resources Manager is needed for a private equity owned West Michigan area manufacturing company! The Human Resources Manager will direct all aspects of the HR department as the sole HR individual, which includes Benefits and Safety, and will report directly to the President and Director of Operations. As the Human Resources Manager, you will take an active role in employee issues, provide training/coaching, ensure safety procedures/laws are adhered to, and administer benefits, among other responsibilities.
