This is an opportunity to join a select team of project management and operations professionals driving change through global, cross-functional business initiatives in the Operations team of the newly formed Food and Beverage Global Business Unit.
As part of this team, you can expect to take on a variety of key and challenging projects and initiatives from across the functions of the GBU. Some may be tactical in nature and others will be critical and strategic. You will do research and diagnostic work to develop detailed project plans. You will build relationships and collaborate amongst stakeholders, provide working group and executive level communications on objectives, progress and obstacles and you will develop persuasive, thoroughly analysed and compelling cases for change and resolution of issues.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of cross-functional project manager or operations experience.
Strong analytical and personal communication skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers and work with a highly collaborative style.
Solid planning and tracking skills.
Ability to produce high-quality internal deliverables.
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and manage project expectations.
