Learn equipment to make basic repairs and change overs. When unable to repair, works with manufacture support team to return equipment an operational machine as soon as possible. Keep records of equipment’s, ensure that production machinery is proper working order. Maximize machine output and efficiently.
Works with scheduling to create work schedule for workers and ensure that they strictly adhere to.
Keep track of attendance to ensure regularity and promptness of workers.
Ensure that employees and work materials are present as at when needed to ensure production efficiency.
5 years supervisor/management experience.
A background in technology and basic computer setup; printers, scanners, hand tools, basic processes, etc. Basic electrical, machinal, troubleshooting
Background in food industry would be helpful
This is a hands-on position, working the shop floor, with some computer entry.
A working knowledge of Windows products, Word, and Excel. Also, experience in SAGE would be helpful.
Required education: High school or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, a homeland security background check will be preformed.
