DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Description
Employee will be required to research inventory in all warehouses to expedite sales orders in a timely fashion. To act as phone support for both Customer Service and Manufacturing Departments. Interaction with customer requests regarding products, shipments, and general account information. Preparation of export documentation to ensure shipments of products to domestic and foreign customers.

Responsibilities
* Facilitate communications and information flow between customers, sales, production, shipping, and management.
* Interact with customers and resolve customer service problems; defuse sensitive issues with diplomacy and tact in a timely manner.
* Project image of quality service to customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, fax, and email.
* Prepare and produce export documentation.
* Confirm delivery/collection of in/out bound shipments.
* Maintain records, data, and other information.
* Assist in reception/answering phones.
* Maintains quality service by following standards and departmental processes and procedures.
* Support continuous improvement to build customer relationships and service both internally and externally.
* Communicate and participate as part of a team.
* All supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned.
Physical Demand
* While performing duties may be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist or lift.
* May be required to work more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week based on departmental needs.
Working Environment
* Office and manufacturing environment.
* May be exposed to manufacturing plant conditions and elements including but not limited to noise, dust, dirt, oil, and grease.
* PPE’s may be required including safety glasses, ear plugs and safety shoes in specified areas of the plant.
