Residential Services Apartment Supervisor
Join our Work Skills family! WSC is growing, and we're looking to add a caring Supervisor to oversee our Howell apartment program!
The Residential Apartment Supervisor manages and directs the operations of the apartment program, ensuring quality care for the residents. This person assumes a leadership role and works with our amazing team of Direct Care Professionals (DCPs), providing supervision and training support to ensure their success!

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma is required, associate or bachelor's degree a plus; two years of caregiving/group home experience is preferred. Upon hire, the successful candidate must satisfactorily complete all training required by the County of Fiscal Responsibility (COFR) and contracting agencies.
A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required. The results of a physical exam must indicate the individual is cleared for unrestricted work duties.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates residential staff to ensure quality care
- Ensures required documentation and records are maintained within the program
- Provides fiscal management of the program
- Manages daily activities of residents in the program
- Schedules staff and ensures quality standards are maintained throughout service delivery
