Set-up and take-down of all linens, skirting and table-top items to meet the function specifications.
Inspect cleanliness and working conditions of all lines. Skirting and table-top items and report all damages or issues to appropriate staff.
Maintain the overall appearance of the convention center to ensure the Total Island Experience.
Clean and Maintain storage and service areas in the convention facilities ensuring standard of cleanliness.
Complete all necessary side work to include filling and stocking salt/pepper shakers, stocking silverware, glassware and dishware. plus tips
