That's not just our motto. It's our life's work. As the Finance and Grant Manager your overall responsibility is to oversee the financial management systems and to support daily financial operations at NMHSI.
This role assists with supervising of financial department staff as well as performs transactional accounting functions in the general ledger system including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
In addition, the Finance and Grant Manager will assist with the planning and administration of the overall activities and functions of the Finance Department, assist with the development of department plans and goals, assist in the development of the annual budget, assist with grant management and assist in developing, updating, maintaining, and administering internal control systems within the organization. The Finance and Grant Manager will be expected to gain an understanding of industry-specific terms and processes that are unique to Federally Qualified Health Centers.
