Revere Plastics is currently recruiting for our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). This is a full-time, salaried, professional leadership development experience. You will gain a wealth of experience while in the development program in roles focused on plastics processing, quality, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain planning, logistics, operations supervision, and more! Other benefits include an assigned mentor, access to strategic leaders throughout the organization and continuous learning activities that will enrich your mind, broaden your perspective and improve your leadership skills.
As a participant in the program, you will rotate through different assignments located in any one of our seven US based manufacturing facilities over the course of 24-36 months. Assignments are based on business needs and provide on-the-job learning with challenging deliverables. Relocation may be a requirement to join the program, and is required throughout the program as you maneuver in and out of different positions during the diverse rotational assignments. Upon completion of the program, Revere ODLP graduates are placed in an assignment that continues to demand technical and leadership excellence gained through the program. Relocation benefits are offered to those who qualify.
Requirements
Those interested in joining the Operations Leadership Development Program must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of 4-year Bachelor’s Degree – Graduation date must be between May 2019 and December 2021
- Degree must be in one of the following programs – Plastics Technology, Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical), Engineering Management, Operations Management, Business Administration; or similar program
- Willing to relocate and travel according to business needs, upon hire and throughout the program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship or an employment visa in the future
Top Candidates will also possess:
- Previous relevant work experience or internship in manufacturing or operations industry
- Leadership involvement in campus outreach, community service and/or extracurricular activities
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to exhibit critical thinking, analytical skills, and initiative
- Demonstrated knowledge of - order to delivery, engineering and/or manufacturing principles
