The Learning and Development Intern will work with the Sr. Learning and Development Specialist to develop and create e-learning and instructor led training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of e-learning and instructor led training programs
- Assist with implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Work with subject matter experts (SME) to gather data for course development
- Maintain and update team member training records for all sites
- Assist with Learning and Development projects
- Completes special projects related to training and development
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a BA in Business/Human Resources/related discipline
- Introductory experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
