A core working team is defining the mobilization plan, phasing roadmap, and path forward for CSCAs (Consumer Self-Care Americas) priorities across 8 core pillars of work that span each of the major Supply Chain Reinvention levers.
Human Resources plays a major role in this transformation, and we are looking for an individual to lead these efforts alongside senior leadership from across the Supply Chain and other supporting functions.

The HR Associate Director Transformation Support will work as a strategic partner with our Global supply chain organization to effectively and efficiently deliver against the transformation strategic plan.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and understand business needs and provide targeted support including service design, organization design, team effectiveness, strategy formulation and strategic execution, change management and leadership.
Lead all People related aspects of the change management plan.
Liaises with Global HR functions to solicit the required support in areas of expertise as outlined per the plan.
Assess organizations capacity for change.
Apply a diagnostic model to understand change management issues and the component parts of an effective operating model and practical application for: strategy and business direction, value stream structure, management mechanisms, talent, people processes, compensation, performance, culture and system alignment.
Create and manage work plans, communication, and risk escalation to support Supply Chain transformation.
Requirements:
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; focus in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant working knowledge of a key HR function, and an additional 3+ years working specifically in a Business Transformation or Change Management role.
Experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment is essential.
Ability to think independently, maintain a professional demeanor, and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to influence senior leaders throughout the organization.
Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
Ability to work additional hours to meet aggressive deadlines as needed.
Effective listening and comprehension skills.
Must be willing to take initiative, be proactive on engagements, and be decisive.
Comfortable presenting information to large groups of people, facilitating meetings, and leading group discussions.
Ability to analyze large sets of data and communicate findings to others. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and Project).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Gain comprehensive understanding of internal client operations, processes, and business objectives.
Ability to adjust to shifting priorities.
