This is your opportunity for a rewarding career path - We are seeking 2 passionate and ambitious sales representatives to join an award winning home remodeling and design company to help in consulting and closing sales through our proven, award-winning sales methodology. As a Kopke Consultant, you will have a real opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial skills and spirit with the support of an innovative team while you help customers make the biggest decision of their lives. You will consistently drive new sales from a variety of sources such as client referrals, previous customers, internet advertisement and other professional networks and leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
As a Consultant with Kopke, you will partner with internal departments and associates to maintain and grow client relationships.
Additional responsibilities of a Kopke Consultant include:
Present product, company overview and close home renovating projects in accordance with company business plans using a very aggressive price structure , creating 3-5 net sales per week, with the final goal of creating a customer that is "Tickled, Delighted and Happy" with you and Kopke Remodeling and Design.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Based on State regulations, home improvement consultants will be required to have a valid sales person's license, which will be acquired after initial training.
High School Diploma required, some college preferred. College degree a plus.
Knowledge of construction, mortgage, finance, general sales a plus.

Adhere to the company's selling philosophy when serving our buying customers, utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided. This also includes accompanying them through our 10,000 square foot product showroom.
Provide timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing. Records must be maintained of all communication.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics.
Participate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programs.
Attend sales meetings to review closing status and sales strategies.
Must have good communication skills and be organized and efficient.
Team player with strong work ethic. Must interact well with co-associates, customers and installers.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, professional and capable of achieving weekly goals without extensive supervision.
Must be computer savvy with strong social media skills.
Possess and maintain valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision
Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
