Responsible for running a successful corporate project, analyzing technical solutions and suggestions in terms of profitability, and identifying opportunities to increase the project's total profitability in collaboration with the project team based on feasible modifications of the technical concept; establish project milestones and serve as the main point-of-contact to the customer; provide technical feedback in the form of defined project deliverables; establish project direction and implement tasks through thorough analysis of risks and opportunities, as well as potential effects on the project; oversee optimization potentials in the fields of project profitability and process efficiency; proactively execute optimization opportunities in the project lifetime; lead the development and implementation of new corporate processes, methods, and tools for project efficiency; collaborate with program management by overseeing the provision of transparent project status reports and background information on decisions already made or to be made in the future; present project status taking account of a continuous preparation and interpretation of internal and external information; monitor, report, and forecast the current status of the project’s main targets in the dimensions of time, cost, quality, and maturity; utilize Project management, Purchasing, RFQ analysis, SAP, ePW, Supply chain management, Time-to-market process, Benchmarking, Budget controls, and Risk management to perform duties; integrate the project team’s status reports and assessments; analyze, develop, and implement resolutions to existing conflicts, as well as prevent conflicts with the project’s deliverables ensuring they are met or exceeded; ensure the team complies with processes, methods, and tools in the field of project management by ensuring team members create transparent work results through the application of the provided corporate tools, methods, and processes; responsible for escalations by enforcing the application of valid escalation concepts throughout the project lifetime; plan, track, and achieve cost, quality, and commercial targets; and responsible for risk management execution to stakeholders, including the project’s core team members, to efficiently deal with the identified risks in order to maximize the impact and profitability of countermeasures by utilizing FMEA methodology.
