- Week Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (4-10 hr days)
- Week Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm (5-8 hr days)
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm (3-12 hr days)
- Work 36 hours paid for 40 hours

Compensation including base pay, overtime, and bonuses ranges from $38,000-$75,000 per year with a performance planning after 90 days.

CNC Operator
CNC Operators maintain multiple machines ensuring quality parts, hourly inspections, green lights, clearing chips, loading material, and filling fluids while keeping a steady pace and a tidy work area.
- Maintaining CNC Machines
- Entry level part inspection/blueprint reading
- General shop maintenance and upkeep
- Documenting part counts
- Attend daily planning meeting
Production Lead or Production Assistant
Production Lead or Production Assistant will be flexible and help wherever the bottleneck in the operation appears on any given day. Based on ability this can be a leadership level position with the function of balancing work load and maintaining product flow through the facility.
- Keep production flowing by helping when bottlenecks are identified
- Assist in many departments (Machining, Finishing, Assembly, Etc.)
- Maintaining production equipment (Maintenance and Upkeep)
- Assembling and inspecting machined parts
- Maintaining and leading a safe, clean and organized facility
- Attend daily planning meetings, facilitation of meetings, leading training, and manage projects
Material Handler
Material Handlers unload 12' steel bars 1/4"-1-3/8' diameters using a forklift. Once unloaded, the material will be stocked in a vertical or horizontal rack by size and type. Material handlers partner with purchasing to maintain inventory processes.
- Unload incoming materials with forklift
- Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards
- Organize and replenish stock
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
- Load material into machines
- Assist with general shop maintenance and upkeep
- Attend daily planning meeting
