(Muskegon, MI) Design, implement and develop BI solutions to gather, analyze and publish data and information about company performance. Establish BI standards that provide a "single version of truth," such as global KPI dashboards and global reports, and supply decision-makers with consistent information across the enterprise. Use data warehousing and analytics tools like SAP BW, HANA, Business Objects and Microsoft to analyze company finances, sales and operations. Work with Business Analysts to create BI requirement specifications, documenting detailed user requirements and definitions for reports. Design, develop, and test new BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Resolve performance problems and configure and administer all interfaces and connections to BI, including web portal access and security. Perform BI configuration and provide technical support to Business Analysts for BI-related IMG configuration. Develop technical requirements, including database schema, ETL jobs and data sources and methods. Perform risk assessments, follow established procedure for audit programs, perform audits and maintain required documentation to ensure compliance.
