At the Silo we provide our guests with the highest standard and quality of service and food. Our Banquet Kitchen Staff will be responsible for preparing meals per our recipes, help create unique menu offerings and keep a sanitized work area.
- Assist in daily catering prep
- Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our recipes
- Abide by first in first out to maintain product freshness
- Good communication skills with the other staff members
- Knowledgeable of kitchen procedures and food safety
- Good cleanliness & organization skills
- Flexible availability days, nights & weekends
