- Previous experience in underground construction is a plus
- Capable of working within a small or large work crew
- Willing to work in diverse environment under all types of weather
- Willing to travel / work on assignments out of town
- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Class A CDL
- Willing to follow all work area protection and safety standards
