- Construction Project Manager/Superintendent for Commercial & Residential Construction Projects
- Apply previous “physical hands-on” construction experience to manage projects
- Drive full-cycle construction renovations, remodels, and mitigation/restorations simultaneously to completion as a project manager
- Conduct site surveys regularly to review drawings, scope of work, and client interactions
- Estimate construction projects and prepare the invoices, budgets, and scopes of work
- Collaborate with employees, clients, engineers, architects, insurance agents, etc.
- Partner with onsite leads to coach and direct in-house carpentry staff and sub-contractors
- Ensure all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety precautions are followed
- Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- Problem solve using working knowledge of rough, trim, and finish carpentry
- Respond to emergency services such as water loss, fire damage, structure damage, etc.
- Respond to after-hour mitigation/restoration emergency service as part of on-call rotation
- Utilize Construction Management software such as Xactimate, Sage, etc.
- Pay $70,000-$100,000 Anually

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Construction Management experience
- 5+ Years of “Physical Hands-On Job Site” Construction experience
- 2+ Years of Construction Management Software experience
- Current valid drivers’ license and the ability to operate motor vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC and Xactimate certifications or experience
- 2+ Years of estimating experience
- 2+ Years of SAGE/Master Builder software experience
- 2+ Years of experience working in occupied spaces
- Available to travel for out-of-state meetings 10% Approx.
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
